ALL FIFTY CLUB membership application
Who can Join?If you have visited all 50 states, you are already a member of the All Fifty States Club! However, to make it official, please submit an application so we can register you with the club and send you a certificate recoginizing this achievement. If you have visited 35 states or more you can join as an Associate Member. If you have visited all 48 continental states you will join as a Continental Member. You can also gift a membership to a friend or famiily member who has achieved this great accomplishment.

How to Join?Just fill out the form below then click on the Pay Now button to pay the lifetime membership fee of $12.00. The fee includes the certificate, shipping, and continued access to the website.
